Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans. Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA. Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy. Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors. Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and preparedness for therapy sessions. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge. Requirements: Education: High School diploma or GED required. Experience: 1 year of experience working with children in a 1:1 setting; 1 year of ABA experience preferred. Certifications: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required; assistance to obtain certification is available. Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion. Logistics: Reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and auto insurance required for travel between client sessions. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder; experience as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor. Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education). Certifications: Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
