Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as ABA/Autism Technicians. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and adolescents on the autism spectrum, providing one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy and counseling programs established by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Our team is committed to delivering exceptional services, and we offer comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.
Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions to inform treatment plans and monitor progress.
Implement discrete trials, behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by the BCBA Supervisor.
Work collaboratively with the BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy.
Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
Maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work, including arriving on time and being prepared for therapy sessions.
Be goal-oriented and committed to delivering exceptional services to our clients.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:


High School diploma or GED.
Experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably in a role such as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor.
1-2 years of experience working in a related field, such as ABA, Special Education, or Healthcare.
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to lift up to 35lbs and perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time.
Ability to respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings.


Physical Requirements
This role requires the ability to:


Lift up to 35lbs.
Perform activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time.
Respond quickly in short distances (100 feet) in response to the movements and behaviors of children.
Work in both indoor and outdoor settings.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20-$25 per hour, plus paid training and the opportunity to earn up to $4000.00 in incentive bonuses per year. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
