Job Summary We're seeking an experienced ABA Behavior Therapist - Behavior Technician to provide one-on-one in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder. As a Behavior Therapist, you'll be responsible for collecting behavior and skill acquisition data, conducting discrete trials, and implementing behavior support and treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, using standardized assessment tools and protocols Conduct discrete trials, implementing behavior support and treatment plans as directed by a BCBA Work collaboratively with a BCBA Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapy Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, providing exceptional customer service and support Be goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your work, adhering to Key Autism Services' values and standards Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, with all necessary materials and equipment Growth Opportunities in the Field of ABA: At Key Autism Services, we're committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
