Job Summary

As a 504 1:1 Teaching Assistant with Workwarp, you will work closely with teachers and students to provide individualized support and accommodations that facilitate academic success. Key Responsibilities


Student Support: Provide one-on-one support to students with 504 plans, assisting them with daily academics, assignments, and activities as instructed by teachers.

Communication: Communicate effectively with teachers, students, and parents to ensure that students' needs are met and that progress is monitored.

Essential Qualifications


Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in education or related field preferred.
Experience: Previous experience working with students with diverse needs, particularly those with 504 plans.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
