What You'll Do As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll be the master of logistics, working closely with external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of aircraft parts, thereby supporting the company's material goals.Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Some of your key responsibilities will include: * Working with AOG orders as required * Providing past-due requests to vendors * Handling maintenance/transport plans and stock reports to meet material needs * Providing transportation and development data to large workgroups * Resuscitating FMR or log pages with current vehicle data * Creating and resuscitating Succeed-based reports, status, and diagrams for quality assurance * Maintaining accurate purchasing records and information within purchasing software programs * Assisting Purchasers with obtaining clarifications and buy-requesting status * Collaborating with internal divisions and vendors to address any discrepancies in transportation, invoicing, quality, and part number and quantityYour Impact As an Expeditor at arenaflex, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics and supply chain management.Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work under pressure will make a significant difference in our ability to deliver high-quality products and services to our customers.
