Exercise Science Graduate
About the position StretchLab Littleton is seeking Kinesiology Graduates who are passionate about health and wellness to join their team as Flexologists. This part-time role involves providing one-on-one assisted stretching sessions and leading group classes, aimed at helping clients achieve their wellness goals. The position offers an opportunity to gain experience in a growing fitness modality, with a focus on client safety and satisfaction. Responsibilities • Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and group stretch classes for up to 6 clients.• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions. • Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele. • Ensure safety of clients regarding proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules. • Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations. • Handle member concerns when applicable. • Assist General Manager and sales associates with studio tours, offsite events, and sales as needed. • Maintain a strong social media presence to enhance client membership and retention.• Clean and maintain all equipment to ensure availability for client use. Requirements • Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology or Exercise Science • Licensed Massage Therapist • Certified Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer, or Sports Coach • Licensed Physical Therapist (or PT aid) • Certified Pilates, Yoga, or Dance Instructor • 1 year experience working in a fitness/health environment providing hands-on training with clients • Fantastic communication skills and empathy • Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to attendance policies Nice-to-haves • Experience in a boutique fitness environment • Passion for stretching, flexibility, and mobility Benefits • Flexible schedule • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay Apply tot his job
