This position will require between 20-30 hours per month.
Position includes:
- monitoring company info email and responding as needed to inquiries
- light scheduling tasks
- backend tasks related to funnel builds such as email set-up (we do NOT need copywriting services), connecting various platforms, uploading and maintaining our app, setting up and light maintenance of Facebook groups
- delegating tasks in our project management tool
-weekly team meetings
- co-creation with others on our team (such as the founder, social media manager and ads team)
Qualities we require in our hire:
- Strong leadership - truly owns the position. If and when there are snags, actively creates solutions and offers them to the team.
- Quick learner - as we develop new systems and bring in different platforms, an excitement to learn anew
- Strong experience in funnel-building and launching - we would love our hire to ask high-level questions of the team and anticipate areas where could create a more efficient and elegant design
- excellent communication - though we have brief weekly team meetings, we mostly communicate over Slack during business hours.
