Job Description Summary
As the Executive, Strategic Clients - National Accounts, you will be responsible for winning business within Advocate Health. You will own and influence the commercial business operating guidelines and have ownership/influence over budgets. There is autonomy within the role to enter into/execute Commercial arrangements. High levels of Commercial judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

Responsibilities
• Represents multiple business groups (cross product/business/P&L) to named account(s), worldwide, or on a region/ country basis
• Developing commercial expertise across one or more countries, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customer groups. Influences policy and ensures delivery across large and/or diverse sales territories.
• Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services. Utilizes understanding of industry trends to inform decision making process.
• Leads others to find creative solutions to address complex projects, product lines, markets, sales processes, or customers. Has the ability to evaluate quality of information received and questions conflicting data for analysis. Uses multiple internal and external resources outside of own function to help arrive at a decision.
• May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Communicates complex messages and negotiates mainly internally with others to adopt a different point of view. Influences peers to take action and may negotiate with external partners, vendors, or customers.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales, healthcare marketing, clinical/technical (Modality) expertise, clinical technology leadership in (Modality) or hospital administration in imaging OR 10+ years of experience in any combination of medical sales
• Direct or indirect leadership experience, influencing teams
• Customer facing experience
• Demonstrated experience presenting complex information both verbally and written to decision makers at the C-Suite Level

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $149,600.00-$224,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
