As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a vital role in managing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional direct hire job orders for a variety of clients.
About the Role

You will be responsible for executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting, including interviewing candidates, identifying new clients, and managing existing relationships.

About You
To be successful in this role, you should have:
A Bachelor's degree preferred, or five (5) years of professional work experience
A high level of adaptability and a collaborative mindset
Technical savvy and a passion for learning and implementing new technology
A driven and competitive spirit, with a winning mentality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to work in a remote-based or hybrid model work environment
