Executive Medical Director, In-Home Primary Care Clinical Operations

Develop and implement strategies to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered by the In-Home Primary Care Clinical Operations team. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the In-Home Primary Care program, including managing a team of healthcare professionals. Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure alignment and integration of services for members. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement in the delivery of care and patient outcomes. Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, community organizations, and government agencies. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Lead and support the development and implementation of new programs and initiatives to enhance the member experience and improve health outcomes. Provide guidance and support to the In-Home Primary Care team, including coaching, training, and performance evaluations. Stay current on industry trends, research, and best practices to inform decision-making and innovation within the program. Act as a liaison between the In-Home Primary Care team and other departments within Cigna to promote collaboration and communication. Represent Cigna and the In-Home Primary Care program at conferences, meetings, and other events. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous learning. Develop and manage the budget for the In-Home Primary Care Clinical Operations team. Ensure the safety and well-being of members and staff by implementing and adhering to all health and safety protocols.
