September 27, 2025 Description POSITION PURPOSE: To manage the club lounge according to Hilton brand standards by providing detailed customer service to Hilton Honors guests. This includes necessary set-up, upkeep, break down, and cleaning functions of the club lounge. Essential Functions Sets up club lounge with tables, chairs, china, silverware, and other service equipment; and breaks down club lounge according to contract and supervisor's instructions. Services of food and beverages according to standards and event orders. Handles guest requests or gets assistance from supervisor or manager. Keeps accurate counts on number of covers or guests utilizing the Club Lounge throughout the service Communicates frequently with supervisors as to the progress of the day's work. Maintains cleanliness of club lounge, public areas, pantry and storage areas. Maintains inventory of necessary supplies. Maintains Hilton's high standards of quality and service. Performs other duties and assists in other hotel areas as assigned. Position Requirements Ability to read and comprehend English in order to receive instructions from managers and guests. Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests. Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently. Ability to lift 50 lbs. with reasonable accommodation. Prior hospitality or food and beverage experience preferred.
