Key Responsibilities:
Ensure care center compliance with all regulations, laws, policies, and procedures
Educate staff on state, federal, and accreditation requirements
Direct weekly business development and management team meetings to promote home care services
Provide input on marketing activities and agency marketing plans to drive growth
Assign and direct staff with appropriate skills to perform duties
Coach, direct, and encourage staff through formal and informal means
Analyze work processes and suggest improvements
Monitor and evaluate employee performance
Make employment decisions for direct report staff
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $132,000 - $138,500
$15,000 bonus

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or clinical-related field
Three years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice
OR five years of experience in leadership/management in healthcare, home health, or hospice in lieu of a degree
Preferred: current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse or other healthcare professional
Preferred: Master's degree in business or clinical-related field and licensed clinical professional
