Executive Data Analyst (Finance team)
GoMining is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our Finance team and support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with solid financial understanding and can work confidently in a fast-paced, transaction-heavy fintech / crypto environment.
Responsibilities:
ā¢ Analyze financial data including revenue streams, cost structures, margins, and unit economics.
ā¢ Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
ā¢ Build and maintain financial dashboards and management reports using BI tools (Looker Studio, Tableau, Power BI).
ā¢ Develop financial models for revenue forecasting, scenario analysis, and profitability evaluation.
ā¢ Work with transaction-heavy datasets related to payments, crypto flows, mining rewards, digital assets, and platform fees.
ā¢ Monitor product and financial performance metrics ARPU, LTV, CAC, churn, contribution margin.
ā¢ Support P&L analysis across products and regions.
ā¢ Automate recurring financial reports and reporting pipelines.
ā¢ Ensure data consistency between finance, product, and operational systems.
ā¢ Prepare structured presentations and analytical summaries for CFO and executive team.
Requirements
ā¢ 5+ years of experience in data analytics, product analytics, or marketing analytics.
ā¢ Experience as an analyst in FinTech / Financial Services / Crypto / Payments
ā¢ Experience in crypto / digital assets / Web3
ā¢ Understanding of financial products: payments, lending, crypto-assets, brokerage
ā¢ Strong SQL skills and practical experience with Python (pandas, numpy, visualization libraries).
ā¢ Proficiency with BI tools: Looker Studio / Tableau / Power BI.
ā¢ Ability to work with large datasets, clean data, and identify statistical patterns.
ā¢ Experience with customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics (LTV, Churn, Retention).
ā¢ Understanding of marketing and sales performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion metrics).
ā¢ Skills in forecasting and building predictive or statistical models.
ā¢ English level B2/C1 ā able to communicate clearly in international teams.
