Executive Assistant to Senior Leadership Team - Hybrid Role in Palo Alto, CA

Full-time hybrid position with 1-2 days per week on-site in Palo Alto

Job Responsibilities:
Managing complex calendars for three senior executives, ensuring efficient scheduling
Arranging detailed travel logistics, including flights, hotels, and transportation
Preparing and organizing documents for meetings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Proactively managing email inboxes and drafting correspondence on behalf of executives
Coordinating meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution of all activities
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
Proficiency in Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Calendar, and Google Docs
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment
Proactive problem-solving and strong decision-making abilities
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities and responsibilities
