Responsibilities
• Provide high-level administrative support to the President and senior executives.

• Act as the first point of contact for the Office of the President.

• Manage the President's schedule and coordinate communications with internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain complex and highly confidential files and document management systems.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and manage reimbursement processes.

• Support the President's participation in regional activities and public appearances.

Requirements
• Completion of an Associate's degree or equivalent experience.

• 7 - 9 years of job-related experience.

• Expertise in a wide array of desktop software products.

• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and generate effective solutions.

• Proven record of exceptional business judgment, flexibility, and integrity.

• Exemplary relationship building and diplomacy skills.
