Executive Assistant to Non-profit Executives (Remote Six-month Temporary Opportunity)

As the Executive Assistant at this mission-driven organization, you will be providing much needed support to the Co-Founders. About the Job:
• Own and operate seamlessly across busy executives’ calendars; schedule and adjust meeting windows to assure the executives’ time is allocated appropriately.
• Plan business meetings with crafted meeting materials and detailed agendas.
• Provide event and meeting coordination for both remote and on-site needs.
• Coordinate travel logistics with travel booking, ground transportation, hotel accommodation and detailed itineraries. Stay flexible and available when the executives’ are traveling for last-minute adjustments.
• Manage communication channels with high-level professionalism. You know the ins and outs of your executives’ desk and troubleshoot inquiries, escalating requests when needed.
• Edit documents, spreadsheets and slide decks with a fine attention to detail, flair and perfect proofreading skills.

About You:
• Executive experience. You have previously supported a high-level executive(s) in a fully remote capacity, with at least three years of experience.
• Clear and concise. You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing. You are quick to provide updates on the progress of tasks and manage your time highly sufficiently.
• Strong technical performer. You describe yourself as advanced working across MS Suite, especially within PowerPoint and Excel. Previous CRM experience is a plus.
• Driven. You are proactive and can easily take on challenging tasks.
• Proactive. You understand the importance of responding to tasks swiftly and with little direction from your supervisor.
• Team player. You are ready to jump in and help in whatever way possible. No task is too big or small.
