Job Description
The client seeks a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) to support their US-based Managing Director (MD).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the MDs calendar, appointments, and travel across time zones.
Coordinate global team communications and maintain a smooth information flow.
Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision.
Organize virtual and in-person meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action items.
Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality.
Support special projects aligned with strategic goals.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
5+ years of executive support experience, preferably in multinational organizations.
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively across time zones and cultures in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, and other collaboration tools.
A master's degree is preferred but not mandatory; relevant experience is valued.
