Together, we are advancing infrastructure for better quality of life.Today, Bentley employs 5,500 people, located across 42 global locations.We are now in search of an experienced Executive Assistant to support 3 Executives; our Chief Information Officer (CIO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Colleague Success Officer (CSSO) from our Headquarters in Exton to manage a complex array of responsibilities, relationships, commitments, and accountabilities.You are an excellent match for the job if you have experience working in an enterprise software / high tech business, you are highly proficient with a wide variety of business applications (Office apps, ERP systems, etc.), and you can handle multiple tasks and requests with a clear sense of priority.Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support: Provide comprehensive executive support to the CIO, CSSO and CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, filtering requests, and setting priorities. Prepare leaders for meetings by researching relevant content and developing talking points.
Coordination: Ensure seamless coordination between departments, acting as a liaison to facilitate collaboration and information flow.
Event Planning: Organize and manage events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently.
Program Management: Assist in running small programs and initiatives, ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Culture and Communication: Drive the culture within the organization by facilitating effective communication across teams and supporting organizational leaders in their efforts to foster a positive work environment.
Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including preparing reports, presentations, and documentation as needed, ensuring quality and timeliness.
Project Support: Provide support for special projects and initiatives, contributing to their successful completion.
Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer (or any other
). The role requires communication with managers, peers and other colleagues of the company in person, and by utilizing Microsoft Teams chat, calling and meeting functions. * This role requires travel to our Exton office for meetingsRequired Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

5+ years' experience as Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant experience supporting Senior Management in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, maintaining strict confidentiality.
Highly proactive and able to anticipate the needs of the executives, demonstrating a high level of initiative and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience of working across different global time zones and often asynchronously.
Ability to produce high-quality presentations and briefing packs, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other relevant software. Additional knowledge of IT and People Systems is highly desirable.
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
