Location: Remote and must be located in the Boston Area
Compensation: $70,000 – $90,000

We’re seeking a highly polished, forward-thinking Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to two Division Presidents. This role is critical to ensuring seamless executive operations and requires someone who is confident managing complex priorities, thrives under pressure, and anticipates needs before they arise.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the primary liaison for two Division Presidents, managing high-volume scheduling and shifting prioritiesCoordinate intricate travel itineraries and logistics, including international/domestic flights, accommodations, and ground transportationPrepare, reconcile, and track executive expense reports with accuracy and timelinessDevelop and edit high-impact PowerPoint presentations and executive-level documentsCollaborate with the on-site Office Assistant to ensure an efficient, well-run office environmentSupport onboarding and workstation setup in partnership with facilities and vendorsProactively handle office vendor relationships and day-to-day operational needsQualifications:Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting senior-level executives in fast-paced, high-visibility environmentsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis), along with strong skills in Word and PowerPointComfortable using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePointImpeccable organizational skills, discretion, and sound judgmentExcellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong focus on follow-throughIndependent, proactive problem solver with a calm, professional presenceExperience with facilities support or vendor coordination is a plusWhy This Role?Remote Opportunity for candidates based in the Boston areaBe a strategic partner to leadership and play a visible role in daily business operationsTemp-to-hire position with long-term career growthPowered by JazzHR
