Responsibilities
• Provide diverse administrative support to the President Aesthetics Skincare NA.

• Manage complex calendar for internal and external meetings.

• Prepare presentation materials and meeting agendas.

• Organize events and manage logistics for meetings.
,
• Handle executive travel arrangements and expense reports.
,
• Communicate directives and information between supervisors and executive management.

• Anticipate patterns and generate innovative solutions to complex problems.

• Maintain a central filing system and manage supplies.

• Coordinate large meetings, including attendee management and catering arrangements.

• Prepare correspondence and assist with presentations and spreadsheets.

Requirements
• Prior administrative experience in a corporate environment.

• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

• Financially savvy with the ability to manage a budget and POs.

• Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

• Extremely strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
