Executive Assistant for Entrepreneur & Mom - Detail-Oriented Self-Starter Needed

Busy business owner and mom seeking a highly organized, proactive Executive Assistant who can take a vision and execute it flawlessly. I need someone who thrives on details, loves research, and can juggle multiple projects while maintaining excellence.

Initial Projects Include:

Develop comprehensive Fall calendar of local car show events for high-end auto detailing business

Create a new shared Google calendar for car shows on both my and my husband's Google calendars

Research and create calendars for local community events and protests (No King's Day, etc.)

Create engaging social media content in Canva summarizing upcoming community events

Manage social media posting across Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms for community organizing

Research local sports programs and dance classes for school-age child

General administrative support as needed

You're Perfect For This Role If You:

Are obsessively detailed and naturally organized

Can take a loose concept and turn it into a polished, actionable plan

Excel at research and love digging into local community resources

Have social media content creation experience, especially with Canva

Can handle the fast-paced, ever-changing needs of an entrepreneur

Are comfortable with diverse project types (business, community organizing, family logistics)

Can work independently with minimal supervision

Requirements:

Excellent written communication skills

Proficiency with Canva for creating visual content

Proficiency with social media platforms and scheduling tools

Experience with Google Calendar management and sharing

Strong research abilities

Experience with calendar management and event planning

Ability to work flexible hours as needed
