Executive Assistant: FL Based *local to Collier, Lee, or Charlotte county only

Remote Full-time
Are you the kind of person who always sees what’s needed before it’s asked for? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment where your ability to stay one step ahead makes all the difference?

We’re looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our National Sales Director and provide additional assistance to our Director of National Accounts. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role in a growing business where your ability to juggle priorities, act with discretion, and keep things moving smoothly will be key to success.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you'll be the right hand to our National Sales Director—managing a wide range of administrative, organizational and project-related responsibilities to ensure their time is used as effectively as possible. You’ll also provide coordination support to the Director of National Accounts and help enable our sales team to focus on delivering value to our customers.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Managing complex calendars, travel arrangements, meeting schedules and priority tracking.
• Drafting, editing, and coordinating executive-level communications, reports and presentations.
• Acting as a key liaison between the Sales Director and internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinating internal and external meetings, events, and staff functions.
• Providing timely and confidential support with expense processing, data reporting and ad-hoc projects.
• Supporting wider Sales leadership and key cross-functional teams when needed.

What We’re Looking For

We need someone who is as comfortable working behind the scenes as they are communicating with stakeholders. You’ll be relied upon to keep things running, spot issues before they arise, and bring a high level of attention to detail and professionalism to every task.
• It is a key requirement for someone to be local to Collier, Lee, or Charlotte county.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
• At least 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant or similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Salesforce is a bonus.
• A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated discretion and sound judgment, particularly in handling confidential information.
• Experience in a sales, healthcare, or high-growth/start-up environment preferred.

Why Join Us?

At AROA, we’re proud to be making a real difference in patients’ lives by advancing healing in complex wounds and soft tissue reconstruction. You'll be joining a collaborative team that values agility, innovation, and continuous improvement—and your work will directly support those at the forefront of our mission.

We have great health benefits (including dental and vision), PTO entitlements, your birthday off, 401k and 401k matching.

Ready to make a real impact?
If you're a detail-oriented, high-energy EA looking to grow your career in a fast-moving, purpose-led company, we’d love to hear from you.
