⢠We are seeking an Executive Assistant for a hybrid assignment in Washington, D.C. The ideal candidate will be a Washington, D.C. resident with at least five years of demonstrated experience supporting senior management. Key responsibilities include managing executive calendars, handling phone correspondence, and preparing briefings.
⢠This role requires an experienced Executive Assistant capable of delivering expert-level administrative services in a fast-paced, highly sensitive environment. The selected candidate will directly support the CEO, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Remote Conditions
⢠Hybrid setup (on-site and remote work).
⢠Potential transition to part-time after the first six months.
Position Duties
⢠Calendar & Schedule Management Prioritize and maintain the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel while effectively managing competing demands.
⢠Communication Liaison Act as the primary contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening emails, calls, and correspondence with discretion.
⢠Travel Coordination Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries.
⢠Meeting Preparation Draft agendas, compile briefing materials, and take minutes for executive meetings, ensuring follow-ups on action items.
⢠Document Management Organize, edit, and format presentations, reports, and confidential documents.
⢠Project Support Assist with special projects, event planning, and cross-departmental initiatives.
⢠Office Management Oversee office operations in a hybrid work setting, ensuring seamless collaboration between remote and in-office teams.
⢠Confidentiality Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Required Skills
⢠Experience Minimum five years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-suite executives in tech, defense, or government contracting.
⢠Communication Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Technical Proficiency Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
⢠Organizational Expertise Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in high-pressure environments.
⢠Hybrid Flexibility Must be willing to work in-office three days per week (D.C. location) with remote flexibility.
⢠Education Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
