**Key Responsibilities**

As an Executive Assistant on our Customer Service Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our Senior Principal Engineer and Director. Your duties will include:

* **Calendar Management**: Manage complex calendars and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal downtime.
* **Travel Coordination**: Manage domestic and international travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars, as well as making travel arrangements for team members.
* **Expense Report Coordination**: Coordinate and submit expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
* **Team Activities**: Organize and execute team activities, including staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events, to foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
* **Task Management**: Ensure timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on outstanding matters as a liaison for direct reports, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication.
* **Collaboration**: Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.

**Essential Qualifications**

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

* **5+ years of senior-level leadership support or 3+ years of arenaflex experience**: You'll need to have a proven track record of providing high-level administrative support to senior executives or have experience working in a similar role at arenaflex.
* **High school or equivalent diploma**: You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on administrative support and customer service.
* **Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications**: You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, as well as other applications relevant to the role.
* **Experience with executive-level calendar management**: You'll need to have experience managing complex calendars and scheduling for senior executives, ensuring seamless coordination and minimal downtime.

**Preferred Qualifications**
