Responsibilities
β’ Manage daily calendars for senior leaders, adjusting schedules based on last-minute changes.

β’ Arrange and reserve conference rooms, catering, audio/video, and other services for meetings and conferences.

β’ Coordinate travel arrangements and submit expense reports using Concur.

β’ Drive key team activities and events, including team meetings, strategy sessions, and social events.
,
β’ Handle tasks proactively to ensure seamless coverage for all supported staff.
,
β’ Build and maintain good business relationships with executives and administrative staff across the organization.
,
β’ Complete ad hoc administrative requests in a timely and detailed manner.
Requirements
β’ 5+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a large global organization in the financial services industry.

β’ Ability to work independently and assume additional responsibilities as needed.

β’ Positive and βcan-do' attitude.

β’ Desire and ability to provide outstanding service to internal and external clients.

β’ Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
