• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify challenges and independently find solutions-no hand-holding needed.
• Process Improvement: Spot inefficiencies, create systems, and drive smarter workflows.
• ProjectTask Coordination: Track timelines, follow up with team members, and ensure seamless project execution without requiring constant oversight.
