Job Summary

As a Partner Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in leading and implementing large channel programs, working closely with high-level individuals in our partner network, and driving the integration of these programs into our subsidiaries. You will report to the Vice President of Business Development, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to revenue-generating initiatives as part of the EverCommerce Business Development Team.

Key Responsibilities


Managing Strategic Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with some of the largest companies, associations, and networks in the home services industry, ensuring strong partnerships and identifying new growth opportunities.
Program Implementation and Management: Implement and manage existing and new programs to increase penetration into the partner network, driving revenue growth and creating new opportunities.
Marketing Campaigns and Cross-Sell Opportunities: Brainstorm new marketing campaigns and cross-sell opportunities between partners and our solutions, leveraging data to inform decision-making.
Collaboration with Leaders: Work closely with leaders of large associations, manufacturers, and franchise networks to develop strategies that help their members work with EverCommerce and its subsidiaries.
Program Analysis and Coordination: Analyze the current status of partner relationships, coordinate with key internal groups, and assemble optimal outcomes for each unique partner program.
Executive Interactions and Communication: Engage in executive interactions, user webinars, trade shows, and face-to-face meetings with partners, leveraging new ideas and strengthening partnerships through strategic plans.
Program Progress Tracking: Manage the coordination of weekly/bi-weekly check-in meetings with partners and their teams to track program progress and collaborate on key deliverables.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, legal, and technical accounting teams at EverCommerce to ensure seamless program execution.


Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications


Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B program management or implementation, preferably with a SaaS company and/or in the home services space.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Tactful and resilient in challenging situations, analytical in solving problems, and innovative in evaluating new growth opportunities.
Organizational Skills: Extremely well-organized, with a positive attitude when working with both partners and internal stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: A strategic thinker, with the ability to use data to make informed decisions, thoughtful, proactive, and self-motivated.
Communication Skills: An excellent communicator who can navigate tough conversations and is comfortable speaking to managers and executives both externally and internally.
Proven Track Record: A proven track record of preserving and growing existing accounts.
Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Salesforce.

SaaS Experience: Experience working with SaaS companies, particularly in the home services space.
Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the home services industry and its trends.
Leadership Experience: Experience in leading teams or projects, and managing multiple stakeholders.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

Salary: The annual base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $110,000 USD Per Year.
