Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Events Project Manager, remote to join our remote team. The Events Project Manager will bring our virtual and in-person experiences to life. In this role, you’ll own events end-to-end from initial planning through live execution and post-event reporting ensuring every detail is thoughtfully managed and every experience reflects our brand at the highest standard. Some of our customers include Colgate, Paramount, Visa, HubSpot, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and more.Responsibilities: Own end-to-end execution of virtual and in-person events, including roundtables, webinars, and conferencesBuild and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and run-of-show documents to ensure seamless deliveryCoordinate all event logistics, including venue management, vendor coordination, A/V production, speaker logistics, and on-site executionServe as the central project manager across internal teams (marketing, content, design, sales) to ensure alignment and timely executionManage event operations workflows and processes, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and scalabilitySupport the execution of event-related marketing assets and communications (registration pages, email sends, promotional materials)Lead on-site and virtual event execution, troubleshooting in real time to ensure a high-quality attendee experienceTrack and report on event performance and operational metrics, ensuring accurate post-event reportingMaintain consistent and high-quality brand execution across all event touchpointsRequirements4 to 6 years of experience in event execution, event operations, or project management rolesProven experience executing virtual and in-person events end-to-end, with strong attention to detailStrong project management skills, with experience managing timelines, budgets, and multiple concurrent eventsExperience coordinating vendors, venues, A/V production, and event logisticsAbility to manage cross-functional stakeholders and keep projects on track in a fast-paced environmentExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsAbility to troubleshoot and adapt quickly during live event executionExperience tracking and reporting on event performance metricsComfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, and cross-functional environmentExperience working in a startup environmentPassion for our mission and the desire to make an impact through technologyBenefitsHow we careCompetitive salaryMission-aligned company events/volunteeringInclusive, exciting start-up cultureAccelerated career & personal growthCulture Club and more!
