Requirements:
Ā Follow all operating procedures and policies
Ā Follow directives of Event Staff Supervisor and/or Event Manager for each event assigned
Ā Effective interpersonal skills in order to deal with guests/public
Ā Serves as a greeter for each event assigned
Ā Math skills in order to provide ticket counts, summary reports, and other inventory reporting of guest admissions
Ā Professionally assist guests with determining seat location, escort guests to seat locations if required
Ā Familiarity with the information and facilities located at each venue where they are posted
Ā Serve where needed or as support to other tasked team members at each event
Ā Coordinate with facility staff as appropriate
Ā Communicate with event staff and supervisor(s)
Ā Observe and report matters of concern to the Field Supervisor and complete incident report forms on the same
Ā Notify police, fire department or emergency medical services of problems if requested or otherwise warranted

Background check will be conducted based on job responsibilities. The services CSC provides involve constant contact with the public in a dynamic environment, which requires heightened integrity. CSC employees may be called upon to protect and secure venue guests from harm, deal with at-risk and/or vulnerable guests, conduct bag and body searches, and to protect and secure personal items and property.
