Event Operations and Logistics Manager
Job Description: • Own the end-to-end planning, logistics, and execution of high-impact external events • Successfully lead planning and execution for 3 large-scale external conferences • Execute 6 medium-small scale external events • Create a repeatable events playbook • Plan and execute CoinTracker’s presence at crypto conferences • Partner with the Enterprise, Partnerships, Executive Business Partner, and Marketing teams • Build scalable event systems and operational processes Requirements: • 6–8 years of experience in event operations, logistics, or program management • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute multiple mid-to-large-scale events end-to-end • Strong vendor management and contract negotiation skills • Proven track record of operational excellence • Communicates clearly with cross-functional partners • Composed under pressure • High EQ; represents CoinTracker confidently • Curious and growth-minded, seeks feedbackBenefits: • equity in CoinTracker • medical insurance • dental insurance • vision insurance • 401(k) • life insurance • PTO Apply tot his job
