Event Marketing Specialist

The Event Marketing Specialist will support the execution of high-impact field and partner events to drive awareness and build pipeline, collaborating closely with sales and partners to ensure alignment with revenue goals.ResponsibilitiesOwn pre-event, onsite, and post-event execution for a wide range of event types including partners sales kick-offs, conferences, executive meetings, golf outings, networking dinners, receptions and summitsManage vendors, venues, catering, staffing, budgets, timelines, and onsite logisticsManage multiple events simultaneously while keeping close attention to detailSupport North America sales teams and priority partners to plan and execute eventsCoordinate closely with partners on co-marketing execution including pre-event communications, website copy, registration tracking, and creative developmentAct as a trusted execution partner for sales and partner teamsManage post-event lead flow, uploading, tracking, and reporting in SalesforceTrack partner deal registrations and pipeline progressionProduce post-event performance reportsCollaborate with demand generation, marketing operations, product marketing, enablement, web, social, and PRSupport content development and promotional plansEnable sales follow-up with emails, scripts, and social messagingSupport co-marketing programs including MDF-supported eventsSkillsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience1–3+ years of B2B event marketing experienceStrong project management and organizational skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter comfortable in a fast-paced environmentAbility to juggle multiple prioritiesFamiliarity with Google Suite including Google Slides, Sheets and Docs, Salesforce, Slack, Splash Event Registration and CanvaSome travel requiredBenefitsComprehensive health, dental and vision coverageGenerous parental leave policiesAccess to our Employee Assistance ProgramVarious Wellness programsA 401K with company matchingA Lifestyle Spending AccountAn unlimited vacation policyCompany OverviewLogicMonitor is a hybrid observability platform that provides IT observability and monitoring for cloud-based IT infrastructures.
