Event Manager Assistant (Entry Level - Fully Remote)
Hotspot is a fast-growing food management company serving sports teams, corporate offices, and live events across the country. We take the stress out of group meal coordination by managing everything from start to finish—orders, logistics, budgets, dietary requirements and anything else our clients need.
We’re looking for a highly motivated Event Manager Assistant to join our team and support the planning and execution of client orders.
Responsibilities
• Assist Event Managers in coordinating group meal orders with restaurants nationwide
• Communicate with clients to confirm order details
• Handle changes and last-minute updates professionally and efficiently
• Extensive online research, specifically with Google Maps
• Extensive written presentation and dialogue with customers, mostly via phone, email and text
• Other tasks to ensure a successful event is carried out

• Experience developing proposals, and client-facing materials
