Event Coordinator at fast-paced virtual startup
Who we are: Escapely.com is an escape game startup expanding and growing quickly. We offer virtual team building (escape game, murder mystery, and trivia) as well as an in-person team building in all US markets. We also a consumer board game that is a clue-solving adventure around select US cities. We work hard and absolutely love what we do!
The role: We are hiring for a temp position to take... over responsibilities for someone who will be on maternity leave. There is the possibility this could turn into a full-time role for the right candidate.
Who you are: Hard-working, detail-oriented, outgoing with clients, and excited to help the company grow. The perfect candidate will be a self-starter with excellent people skills, good written skills, a positive attitude, great time management, and ability to be creative and flexible. Must be a team player. Event coordination and/or sales experience preferred but training will be provided.
Remote position.
Responsibilities will include the following:
--Zoom demos with clients. The most important part of event coordination is getting the booking in the first place! Candidates must be great at sales and customer service with strong ability to book events
--Phone and email followup and outreach
--Event detail coordination and management
--Managing client questions during and after the booking process
--Coordinating event scheduling and staffing
--Zoom demos with clients
--Invoicing and followup
--Working collaboratively with the team to brainstorm new ideas
Compensation will be based on experience and job level.
Job Type: Temporary with the possibility to move to full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
