About Boozy Bartenders
Boozy Bartenders LLC is a premium mobile bartending company serving private and corporate events throughout the Tri-State area. We specialize in elevated cocktail service, custom drink menus, and creating memorable bar experiences for birthdays, bachelorette parties, corporate events, and private celebrations.
As we continue to expand, we are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Event Booking Partner to help generate new event bookings and grow our presence in the NJ event market.
Role Overview
This role focuses on identifying and connecting with individuals and businesses planning events, generating leads, and helping secure bookings for Boozy Bartenders. The ideal candidate is confident with outreach, networking, and building relationships.
You will not be responsible for staffing, logistics, or event execution, your focus is simply on generating event opportunities and helping convert them into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to individuals planning private events such as birthdays, bachelorette parties, engagement parties, and corporate gatherings
• Conduct daily outreach via social media, networking, and direct messaging
• Build relationships with event planners, venues, DJs, photographers, and other industry professionals
• Generate qualified leads and connect interested clients with the Boozy Bartenders team
• Help expand brand awareness within the NJ event market
Compensation
• Commission-based compensation (15% per booked event)
• Average event value: $1,500–$3,000+
• Unlimited earning potential based on bookings generated
• Commission paid after client deposit is received
Ideal Candidate
• Self-motivated and comfortable with outreach
• Strong communication and networking skills
• Experience in sales, hospitality, or event planning is a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
• Familiarity with the New Jersey event scene is helpful but not required
