Evening Remote Work Collector
Key Responsibilities
Collect payments from customers over the phone or via email
Resolve customer complaints and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update customer information as necessary
Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless communication and problem resolution
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
Previous experience in customer service, collections, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
High School Diploma or GED required; bilingual candidates are a plus
Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $14 per hour, paid bi-weekly. This position is part-time and can be worked from home (WAh). The training schedule consists of two weeks from 7am-4pm CST, Monday-Friday, followed by three weeks with rotating shifts including one Sunday per month.
