What You’ll Do • Build lasting relationships with clients and provide tailored auto, home, life, and business insurance solutions. • Master the sales process with ongoing coaching from industry leaders. • Consistently meet and exceed performance goals in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds trust and loyalty. What We’re Looking For • Able to work weekday evening hours 5pm-9pm and weekends. • Must have P&C Insurance license • Relentless work ethic and competitive mindset. • Resilience to thrive in the face of challenges, failures, and rejections. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A coachable attitude and eagerness to learn and improve.
