About the Company: As SplashBI continues its expansion in the UK, Europe and Asia we are expanding our pre-sales team and seeking a highly skilled Sales person with over 5 years of experience in client engagement, solution demonstrations, and driving sales opportunities for BI and analytics solutions.Find out more about this role by reading the information below, then apply to be considered.OverviewNOTE: This role does not have to be based in UK, but could be based in EuropeWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team. He/she will be responsible for driving sales of our AI-driven enterprise reporting and analytics solutions in the European market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling ERP, HCM, or BI and Enterprise Analytics solutions and possess exceptional sales skills.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our solutions.Assisting in development of a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for our AI-driven enterprise reporting and analytics solutions in the European market.Conduct product presentations to showcase the benefits and features of the solutions.Understand client requirements, provide customised solutions, and effectively negotiate contracts and pricing agreements.Collaborate with the BDR, Pre sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns, including lead generation activities and targeted marketing strategies.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to ERP, HCM, or BI and Enterprise Reporting & Analytics solutions.Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to the management team.RequirementsProven track record of successful sales experience in selling ERP, HCM, or BI and Analytics solutions, preferably in the European market.Strong understanding of ERP, HCM, BI, reporting, and analytics, concepts, especially the Oracle environment.Ability to speak in multiple European languages: German, French, Italian or Spanish as examples.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools to effectively manage the sales process.Willingness to travel globally for client meetings and industry events as required.ExperienceBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be beneficial.5+ years of experience in sales, ideally with a focus on selling ERP or BI solutions.Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.We offer a competitive salary package with attractive commission and bonus structure.
