What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the end-to-end project management for GlobalView implementations in multiple EU countries
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely delivery
- Support clients and vendors in defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
- Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders
- Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues impacting project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Strong experience with GlobalView implementations in EU countries, particularly Italy, Switzerland, Hungary, and Poland
- Senior profile capable of joining ongoing projects with minimal supervision
- Strong understanding of GlobalView payroll processes, regulations, and compliance
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Must be based in Europe and able to travel for go-live support
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Proficiency in the Italian language
