Job Title: ETL Developer with Oracle BI Experience

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled ETL Developer with expertise in Oracle BI to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing ETL processes and integrating them with Oracle Business Intelligence solutions. You will work closely with data architects, analysts, and business users to ensure the efficient transformation and reporting of data.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources.
• Work with Oracle BI tools (OBIEE, OAC, OBI Apps) to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Optimize data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Perform data validation and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into ETL and BI solutions.
• Maintain and enhance data warehouse architecture and ensure data integrity.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data flows.
• Work with database administrators to optimize Oracle database performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in ETL development, data warehousing, and BI reporting.
• ETL Tools: Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, ODI (Oracle Data Integrator), or Talend.
• Database Management: Strong knowledge of Oracle databases, SQL, and PL/SQL.
• BI Tools: Proficiency with Oracle Business Intelligence (OBIEE, OAC, OBI Apps).
• Data Modeling: Experience with dimensional modeling, star schema, and snowflake schema.
• Performance Optimization: Ability to fine-tune SQL queries and ETL jobs for performance.
• Cloud Knowledge: Experience with cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and BI Publisher.
• Exposure to Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell) for automation.
• Certification in Oracle BI or ETL tools.

Education:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
