Ethics & Legal Research Intern – Remote

Overview Flo Labs R&D is seeking a thoughtful and analytical Ethics & Legal Research Intern to support the exploration of ethical, legal, and policy issues surrounding AI and robotics. This role offers a unique opportunity to help ensure that innovation and integrity evolve hand-in-hand by contributing to research on global governance, ethical frameworks, and regulatory compliance for emerging technologies. You’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and product teams to embed ethical foresight into every stage of development - assessing social impact, aligning with international standards, and contributing to responsible innovation strategies. This internship is ideal for individuals passionate about tech ethics, human rights, AI governance, and the future of legal policy in technology. Additionally, you will engage in continuous research and evaluation of emerging AI tools to enhance productivity, staying abreast of the latest technological advancements. This proactive approach ensures our team remains at the forefront of innovation, integrating cutting-edge solutions into our workflows.
