Estimator (Remote) - Residential - South Florida
The Estimator (Remote) will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates for Ground Up residential development in South Florida. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of construction processes and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

Description
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects based on project drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and clients to gather necessary project details and ensure alignment on scope and budget.
• Analyze project requirements to identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
• Maintain detailed records of all estimates, proposals, and project budgets for future reference.
• Provide support during the bidding process by preparing and submitting competitive proposals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and construction techniques to improve accuracy in cost estimation.
• Assist in the development of cost control measures and strategies for ongoing projects.
