Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Estate/Trust Administration Paralegal to join our on-site team in Dallastown, PA. This role involves assisting with the preparation and review of legal documents, performing legal research, ensuring thorough document management, and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members. You will play a key role in estate and trust administration, interacting directly with clients to address their needs and provide excellent service.
Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Law, with experience in Estate and Trust Administration
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Research abilities to provide accurate and reliable legal information
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in legal software and document management tools is a plus
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience is required
• Prior experience in estate planning, elder law, or related areas is highly beneficial
