As an Intern, you will work primarily with our Estate and Trust Team with some potential exposure to general Tax. This is a wonderful opportunity to work in a high-demand area of tax. You will be given the support you need to develop a breadth of skills and experiences that will enable you to achieve your goals. Responsibilities
ยท Various types of Fiduciary Income Tax returns
ย Gift Tax returns
ย Tax research projects
ย Special projects as assigned
ย Corporate (both S and C Corp) & Partnership Tax returns as needed
Requirements
ย Accounting major working towards 150 credit hours
ย Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid track record of academic achievements
ย Completion of intermediate accounting course(s)
ย Completion of some Tax and/or Audit course(s) by time of internship
ย Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
ย Exemplary communication and organizational skills
ย Strong desire to learn and develop professionally
ย Motivated to serve clients
ย Desire to be a team player
