Estate Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Estate Manager to oversee the operations of a luxury private estate with residences in Dubai and Spain. This senior‑level position is responsible for managing household staff, coordinating property operations, maintaining facilities, overseeing budgets, and ensuring the highest standards of service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be proactive, discreet, and exceptionally skilled in leadership, project management, and household administration. This role requires frequent travel between properties and demands flexibility, professionalism, and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities • Operational Oversight: Oversee day‑to‑day estate operations across both properties; manage logistics, daily routines, and special requests seamlessly. • Budgeting & Financial Management: Prepare and manage detailed household budgets; monitor expenditures and provide regular financial reports. • Property Maintenance: Schedule and oversee routine and preventive maintenance; coordinate renovations and repairs with contractors and suppliers; ensure both properties are maintained to the highest standards. • Event Management: Plan and execute private events, dinners, and gatherings; coordinate logistics, staff, catering, and guest experience. • Vendor & Contractor Relations: Source, evaluate, and liaise with vendors, service providers, and contractors; negotiate contracts and ensure quality and timely delivery of services. • Staff Management: Recruit, train, supervise, and manage household staff (chefs, housekeepers, gardeners, etc.); ensure staff performance aligns with luxury service standards; conduct regular performance evaluations and manage schedules. • Administrative Duties: Maintain insurance policies, household manuals, and critical documents; manage inventory and household procurement. • Communication & Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between the property owner and all household matters; maintain confidentiality and a high level of discretion at all times. Qualifications • 2–3 years of experience in a similar estate or household management role. • Proven ability to manage multi‑property operations. • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail. • Financially literate with budgeting and reporting experience. • Must be able to travel freely without EU/UK visa requirements. • Experience in high‑end hospitality or luxury service preferred.
