Job Description Whizara is seeking certified K–12 educators in Washington, DC to deliver high-quality, live, online instruction. This remote role offers flexibility and the chance to inspire and support students from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities • Deliver dynamic, interactive lessons in core subjects and/or specialized courses. • Create a supportive, student-focused online learning environment. • Differentiate instruction to accommodate varied learning styles and abilities. • Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support academic growth. • Integrate digital tools and multimedia resources to enhance virtual instruction. • Communicate regularly with students and families regarding performance and expectations. Qualifications • Current and valid teaching certification in Washington, DC. • Bachelor’s degree in Education, English, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field. • ESL/ELL certification or endorsement (TESOL, ESOL, or equivalent). • Strong command of online learning platforms and virtual classroom tools. • Exceptional communication, organizational, and classroom management skills. • Enthusiasm for creative, technology-driven approaches to teaching.
