Job details•Proposed designationManager•Role typeTeam Manager•Reporting to Senior Manager•Geo to be supportedIreland•Work timings9 AM to 5:30 PM IST ResponsibilitiesRoles & responsibilitiesWe are recruiting for Manager in the Engagement Support Hub team who will be responsible for leading governance, operational delivery, and stakeholder engagement across KRC services supporting the Irish audit practice. This role ensures high-quality service delivery across SACU (statutory accounts compliance), ALM (confirmations), and KCC (KPMG Clara), while driving people leadership, cross-team collaboration, and continuous improvement. The position requires strong communication, proactive coordination with Irish stakeholders, and effective management of a multi-location team. In addition, you will be required to:•Lead weekly and monthly governance calls for all KRC services supporting Ireland.•Maintain strong communication with Irish stakeholders including CASU Director.•Provide MI updates on people, hiring, utilisation, and service performance.•Ensure timely escalation and resolution of operational risks.•Represent India-based teams in governance forums.•Oversee daily operations across SACU (Accounts Checking), ALM (Confirmations), and KCC.•Monitor quality, timelines, workloads, and utilisation for all service lines.•Drive adherence to methodology, SOPs, and audit support requirements.•Ensure seamless coordination between CASU team based in Ireland and India (ESH). •Own the operating model for specific service lines, including process improvements, and capability maturity.•Monitor quality of deliverables across ALM, SACU, and KCC.•Identify themes, root causes, and improvement areas.•Strengthen compliance with internal controls and documentation standards.•Lead and manage a high-performing team, setting clear priorities, delivery approach, and performance expectations.•Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback.•Develop and execute training plans across teams.•Support hiring, onboarding, and development cycles•Drive Lean efficiency initiatives using Booster and Yellow Belt concepts.•Identify automation, simplification, and standardization opportunities.•Promote cross-team learning and knowledge sharing. QualificationsThis role is for you if you have the belowEducational qualifications•Minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable university with an excellent academic result.•Professionally qualified (ACCA, CA) candidates will be preferred.Work experience•Minimum 6+ years of professional experience, preferably in a Big 4 consulting firm.
