As the ESG Reporting Specialist, you will play a critical role in helping Unity fulfill our commitment to sustainability and responsible corporate citizenship. We are looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of ESG best practices. Develop and implement ESG reporting strategies and frameworks for Unity, ensuring compliance with industry standards and benchmarks.
Conduct thorough research and analysis of ESG trends and best practices to inform Unity's sustainability goals and initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to ESG metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare and publish regular ESG reports and disclosures, including but not limited to ESG ratings, indices, and sustainability reports.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to communicate Unity's ESG efforts and respond to inquiries related to ESG performance.
Continuously monitor and evaluate ESG performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for corrective actions.
Keep up-to-date with ESG reporting regulations and industry developments, and ensure Unity's reporting practices remain in compliance.
Act as a subject matter expert on ESG topics, providing guidance and training to colleagues and teams across the organization.
Contribute to the development of Unity's sustainability strategy and goals, integrating ESG considerations into all aspects of the business.
Represent Unity at external events and forums related to ESG, showcasing our commitment to sustainability and responsible corporate citizenship.
