Job Description:
Hands-on experience with QAD ERP (Experience with specific QAD modules such as Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Distribution is a plus).
Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as manufacturing, procurement, finance, and inventory management.
Proficiency in QAD configuration and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP issues.
Experience with SQL and report writing tools within the QAD environment.
Familiarity with QAD Automation, QAD APIs, and system integrations.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong project management skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with QAD Cloud or QAD EDI.
Familiarity with other ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
Knowledge of industry standards such as ISO 9001, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma.
Familiarity with business intelligence tools and integration techniques for reporting and analytics.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
years of experience working with QAD ERP systems.
Certifications in QAD ERP or other relevant ERP systems are a plus.
Experience in ERP-related project management is a bonus.
