ERP Testing Administrator

Job Description:Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time ZoneStart date: To be definedLanguages: English is mandatoryThe responsibilities of the Testing Manager and Engineer is to provide an Automated Testing Service that consists of gathering requirements for testing applications, defining test strategies, developing and configuring the tests and finally executing them and reporting the results.This TOR outlines the responsibilities, required qualifications, and experience levels for implementing Automated Testing of ERPs, such as Oracle EBusiness, PeopleSoft and SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, S/4HANA, etc., using a testing tool such as AccelQ.Duties and Responsibilities:Work with test service customer management and SMEs to gather testing requirements.Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation as needed.Manage testing platform including user provisioning, security, connection agents. group and role based configuration etc.Create and maintain tests, test steps, jobs, etc.Configure integrations to 3rd party systems, such as Jira, Git, other CI/CD, etc.Plan, design, and execute automated test activities to validate the functionality, performance and/or security of the ERP and other systems across all modules and features.Testing EngineerParticipating in automated testing requirements gathering.Create and maintain test jobs, scripts, steps, etc.Create and maintain test run schedules.Provide first-level user support and troubleshooting basic issues.Assist customers in creating test scripts.Create and maintain test result reports or dashboards.Ensure connectivity of cloud testing platform to user systems, including agent configuration.Testing ManagerWork with customer management and SMEs to gather automated testing requirements.Design and implement best practices for configuration of the testing platform to ensure security and logical separation of customer environments.Coordinate, prioritize and implement the test service as per customer requirements.Required Qualifications & ExperienceProven experience in automated software testing, with a focus on ERP systemsFamiliarity of ERP Business processes, especially Financial, HCM, CRM and LogisticsSolid understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and best practice with ability to design and implement complex test automation solutions.Experience with an ERP automated testing platform.Originally posted on Himalayas
