Job Description:Location: Fully remote, Central Europe Time ZoneStart date: To be definedLanguages: English is mandatoryAn ERP Systems Administrator's duties encompass managing and maintaining the ERP system, ensuring its smooth operation, and supporting users, including tasks like user access management, system configuration, troubleshooting, and implementing patches and upgrades.Duties and Responsibilities:Provide strategic guidance for ERP systems hosted on prem, in cloud or as SaaS services as requiredHelp identify technical problems and propose solutions in line with problem and resolution management processes.Monitor, analyze and propose performances optimization of the supported infrastructure and systems. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation as needed.Assist the Service Owner and Team Lead in the delivery of UNICC Service Delivery Agreements (SDAs) to UNICC customersAssist with the coordination, preparation, presentation and implementation of proposals and projects linked to the SDAsBe a go-to expert for troubleshooting ERP related issuesManage, prioritize and take ownership of tasks assigned to ERP team as requiredincludes service requests, change requests, incidents, project tasks and others as requiredMonitor and take ownership of tasks assigned to ERP team ensuring completion within SLA targetsJunior ERP AdministratorParticipating in ERP testing and validation activities.Supporting routine ERP administration tasks.Providing first-level user support and troubleshooting basic issues.Learning and developing expertise in ERP technologies.Assist in automation of routine ERP tasks.ERP AdministratorRun disaster recovery and validation tests.Ensure availability and security of ERP systems.Implement, patch and upgrade ERP systems in coordination with ERP service users.Implement and maintain ERP automation routinesProviding guidance to junior team members.Senior ERP AdministratorLead ERP initiatives for improving all aspects of the ERP service.Design and implement ERP security policies.Plan, coordinate and execute ERP implementations, patching and upgrades.Coordinate ERP activities with junior team members.Provide guidance to junior team members.Required Qualifications & ExperienceExtensive ERP administration experience, including upgrades and patchingProvide operational and deployment support for all ERP services hosted on-premises and cloudDesign, install, configure and support ERP infrastructure componentsPerform environment clones, migrations and deployments to production environmentsAssist in the infrastructure refresh and migration to cloud related projectsPerform capacity management, and monitor, analyze and propose improvements to the ERP servicesAssist, plan, and conduct disaster recovery testsGood scripting skills using Linux shell, Oracle SQL and/or other automation toolsAbility to work under pressure with minimum supervision.Customer-centric approach to delivery and problem solving.Provide on-call support (either on-site or remotely using VPN connectivity) outside normal working hours as required on a rotational basisExperience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar)Experience with collaboration tools (Confluence, Jira, etc.).Relational Databases (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server)Experience in integrating with Oracle Cloud products such as Taleo, EPM Planning, Oracle Integration Cloud, etc.Experience with Ansible or related IT automation toolsOriginally posted on Himalayas
